We soaked up the sun by the private beach and explored nearby Greenport’s live music scene. Marilyn's breakfasts were the perfect way to start our days. The cozy rooms and charming vibe made our stay unforgettable. Definitely a great spot for relaxing and fun excursions!

The only downside was that our room's ocean view was somewhat blocked by trees, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience.

The charming house features cute rooms and lovely gardens. However, the bathroom was uncomfortably small, and being on a busy road made it hard to sleep. The rocky beach across the street offers shallow water, and while chairs are available, umbrellas are not. Breakfast was enjoyable and served buffet-style, allowing interaction with fellow guests.

shorecrest bed and breakfast was a wonderful escape! the garden is stunning, and we loved dining outside. our silk room had a modern bathroom and everything was spotless. plus, it's just a short walk to the private beach. marilyn’s personal touch really stood out, especially when she helped us with our car issue!

Also, being right on a main road, traffic noise is inescapable. it’s muted, but some light sleepers may find it disruptive. Parking can get tight during peak seasons, which adds a slight hassle when returning after a day out. If you're fond of beach day lounging under an umbrella, the lack of such amenities might leave you wanting more.
